Helps to reduce swelling and draw off fluid, relieving swollen painful joints, haematoma, joint conditions, shoulder injuries resulting in restricted movement and calcium build-up. Effective in soothing sprains, strains, aches and pains. Ideal for manual workers and sports people.
The crystals can be used in a pack applied directly over the affected area using a purpose-designed packs or in the bath to soothe more general aches and pains. Leave the pack in place for three to four hours and ideally overnight (therapist will advise). Alternatively dissolve one tablespoon in a warm bath and soak for 20-30 minutes.
There are several packs for use on different parts of the body, made from the highest-quality materials so they can be washed and used over and over again.
